Join the Coalition

The Maryland Women’s Coalition for Health Care Reform has two categories of membership. Both are free.

Member Organizations

Member Organizations agree to work with the Coalition to achieve access to health care for every resident of Maryland. To do this, organizations agree to the following:

Name one of their staff/members as liaison to the Coalition
Circulate information to its membership about the Coalition, including its legislative and other priorities, newsletters and alerts
Contact, as appropriate, Maryland’s elected officials
Participate in Coalition events
Promote the Coalition, as appropriate, at its own or community health care related events
Encourage individual members to join the Coalition
Recruit other organizations to join the Coalition

Friends

This category is open to individuals. Friends are encouraged to actively participate in the Coalition’s activities, including:

Contact, as appropriate, Maryland’s elected officials
Participate in Coalition events
Promote the Coalition, as appropriate, at community health care related events
Encourage individual members to join the Coalition
Recruit other organizations to join the Coalition
